Jim,

Could you show me on the diagram below which part is out on my TA. By the description you gave I am thinking #60. Thanks in advance.

If it won't hold on the low side, typically #60 Clutch Roller has flat spots worn on it and it won't jam up the planet carrier and hold it stationary.

If you have more time than money, replace the rollers and springs. If you have money, replace the assy. I would inspect the rest of the parts when you have it split.

Should have said "if it won't pull on the low side" instead of "hold".

I would replace the ramp (59) and rollers (60) There are higher quality than stock to use. Look at the drive surface of The planet carrier to assure yourself that the surface is free of wear, where it rides in the Ramp/roller setup. (78) Jim
