Somewhere on that carburetor is either a tag with a number stamped on it, or the number may be stamped directly onto the top half of the carb. Find that number and then you can go shopping for a rebuild kit.

The tag is brass. On my M it turned out to be a small circular tag with the number. The number was 47387 DC, which turns out to be the same as 47387 DB. One of those odd changes specially for Farmall M tractors which were really Farmall AM tractors with the M decal. Never quite as it seems when you start!

No. The smaller Zenith and Marvel-Schebler carbs do not have the round, brass tag. If they do have a tag, it will be made of thin aluminum, attached to the carb with one of the screws that hold the carb together. If that tag is not present, it may have been lost, OR, it never had one, and the numbers are actually stamped into the carb top.
