1206 mfd question

i had the left hand drive shaft pinned and welded up at the local machine shop about six months ago, put it on the disc today made a round with the mfd engaged, and then the mfd quit working like i broke the shaft again, what could be going wrong since it seems like i keep breaking drive shafts?

rong sise frunt or rear tire could do it, then tey would allways be fighting each other.

are you talking about the axle or drive shaft,if you welded a broken axle and didn't heat treat it will more often than not break again.

On pavement, I agree the continuous stress of mismatched tires would be a killer, in a field it should be no worse than loading the tractor until it spins out. Not recommended, but not an axle/drive breaker.
