The brakes on the tractor have not worked for along time.The left side brake pedal moves very easy,no pressure.Now when you drive the tractor the left side brake is locking up.You can drive for awhile then it will slowing start to drag then lock up.Let it sit alittle bit,it will release and go again.What is going on?
