Will motor, and motor parts from an M and super M inter-change?

If you are talking about a complete motor swap, yes. The M motor will bolt right into the Super M, and vice-versa.

Internally there are some minor differences between the M and Super M engines. I am fairly certain that unless the M engine was sent away to be bored for oversize sleeves, it will have a smaller parent bore than the Super M engine, for example.
