Will a C or A front rim mount on B farmall-the tire was size 500-15

Yes they are the same. Now two types one with loops and the other is smooth. They do not interchange as the cast centers are different. Standard size for the B is 4.00x15

As long as the centers are the same. I had the old cast centers on my C, and switched to the newer style that uses the loops or tabs. The older style (with the smooth rims) seemed to crack a lot, which may have been the reason for the switch by IH
