I just bought one for my M Rebuild,and it has dipstick and is yellow,and sounds really good.Does it differ in any other ways from a regular 264 four cylinder ? Thanks for any info

The industrial C264 is essentially the same as the Super M/400 engine except for the dipstick and oil filter as you've noted.
Also depending on the original application the industrial engine MAY use a different flywheel, starter and fan. It could also be equipped with a fuel pump and may have a different governor calibration from the tractor engine.
