I bought a 240 off craiglist and it has been too hot to mess with. So I bought a new 6 volt battery--(for sale now)--and it would not turn over quick enough--so I bought a 12 volt--and put it in-- it runs like a sewing machine---The 3rd gear grinds--But it scared me---but I love it now. I hope to enjoy it
