i have a 3588 that i am having problems steering. It doesn,t turn as fast as it used to and sometimes it stops and jerks. Just wondering if someone has had this problem before and could help. I"ve taken apart the block over the pivot and the valve moves freely. I have also taken the relief valve out and it moves freely.
