Improvised Paint Rack.

Painting cultivator parts has been tedious. I improvised this rack using steel post and a piece of old steel fence rail and some electric fence wire. This was the first time I broke out the paint sprayer instead of using rattle cans. It took about a half of a cup to paint the right frame. I used rattle cans to paint the left frame and it took two full cans. I will not be going back to cans except for touch up. Comments or suggestions?

Whatever works. You can save paint by using a touch up gun for items like that. Actually, I seldom use my full size guns except for the main tractor chassis. It even works for small pieces of sheet metal. I paint inside and hang pieces such as yours from 10 ft sections of electrical conduit.

(quoted from post at 17:32:18 10/26/11) I see the paint police are out. No the main frames were always red.

BTW, I would have said "paint nazi's"
No paint for you! ... :D
