I have a B-414 diesel that just quit running. I checked and there is fuel after the filter going to the main pump. It just died any help would be great TIA. Yes it has 3/4 of a tank of fuel.

there's fuel..but is there a non ending supply..there is a hand pump on the pump to prime it,crack the lines where they go into the injectors and see if you have a flow /pressure...sounds like there is not enough fuel coming in to have it pumped by the pump..algae in the fuel? add some isopropyl alcohol and clean it up..just my thoughts

Hi Jake, had a couple problems where a B-414 Diesel stopped like it was out of fuel.
1) Key came out of shut off control lever on top of injection pump.
2) Ice formed on top of primary fuel filter.
3) Foreign material clogged the filter on the input fuel port of the injection pump. This required removing injection pump and taking to a Diesel Injection pump repair shop.

Have you bled the fuel system, including opening the bleed screws on the injection pump? Also after bleeding the fuel system then loosen a nut on one of the injector lines and then try starting the engine. Be CAREFUL with the high pressure Diesel fuel from the injector lines.

Good luck
