Farmall 400 diesel carburetor removal

I want to remove the carburetor on a Farmall 400
diesel. How do you remove the burr from the inside, rear bolt.Do you have to remove the intake manifold to get at this burr.

No you do not have to remove manifold. Best way buy a cheap wrench, get out the torch, make it work. I have SWD9 same problem same cure.

That's not how you do it! I used the Sawsall... :lol: I even dressed mine a little on the grinder.
 
That is the first time I have heard anyone refer to a nut as a BURR for a long time. My Uncle used to say that all the time. Thank you for the memories. He also used to say knuckle and tumbling rod for the shaft and u joint.
