Been reading about repowers for several years.Just got to wondering, anybody ever repowered a Cub?A?C?I own an F12 repowered with a jeep and am working on a "hotrod"F12 with a Ford 2.8L V6.What have you guys done? Thanks,Steve

There was a guy years ago on here that repowered a Cub with a high dollar 25hp Briggs. Made a plate of sorts to mount the radiator support to the torque tube, and the engine mounted to that. Seems it was one of those briggs that needed a radiator, or it came out of somethig that had a rad on it, just used what he had. Claimed it worked perfectly.

About 40 years ago my Dad and I put a 1955 flathead Plymouth 6 cylinder with 3 speed transmission into a 1938 F-20,had to lengthen frame rails about 6 inches.Worked really well.Sold tractor about 30 years ago. Wish I still had it!!
