I'm on the east coast and looking for a good supplier of used parts. not having any luck hunting tractors down, thank you.

I'm in NS and have bought used parts from Chowns Tractor Parts near Sussex, NB as well as Fawcetts in Ontario. Both have treated me well. There is also Taylors Tractor Parts just outside Tatamagouche, NS as well as Cameron's Equipment near Truro, D and M Equipment in Bloomfield, PEI, etc. Likely lots more depending on what you are looking for.

Post up what you need and we may be able to steer you in the right direction.

chown has a web site ,dont know about the rest of them ?
chown has been good to me over the years .
what part live in fi you dont mind ?

I'm in NS. Tried Chown's a few times but they must be busy because they don't call back. I did speak with Cameron's but they had nothing right now. I'll try the rest, thanks guys!

I'm looking 300 Utility auxiliary hydraulic valves. If I come across some wheel weights it would be nice too, thanks!

I've used Fawcetts several times with good luck.

D and M Tools is 40mins from me but I can't seem to ever buy anything from him. Dennis is a great guy to talk to but he isn't to keen on letting any of the antique parts go.

I've been collecting wheel weights for a couple of years now and they seem to be getting harder to find.

I made contact with Chowns via e-mail and they responded within a day or so.

Another good option is to contact some of the vintage tractor clubs. I know there is one in the valley, one in the Pugwash area, Stewiacke area, etc If you could make contact with them, then they likely have a pretty good idea of what is laying around and often can say, "I think that so and so had one of those..." Most of them are happy to help a guy out if he is fixing up an old tractor.

The sales guy at Fundy tractor in Amherst if a huge vintage tractor fan and I have found Andy Crossman at Central Equipment in Truro to be quite knowledgeable and helpful when looking for international or Farmall parts.

neilc have you got the tires loaded ?
my old 202 mf does not have loaded tires and is to light with the blower .
when i loaded them i think i will put winter windshield wash in this time .
that way if the leak or weap they will not rot out the rim .

Did you try VanOostrums? I think one of the family members there has a large IH collection and some junked tractors behind the shop.
