Pulling Cyl Sleeves on SH

Where can I find a sleeve puller or a basic puck that I can make my own puller?

Also on the right side of block are casting numbers 0-164, is this Cu In?

That's a C, not an O. Sometimes it can be hard to make it out.

I've never heard of any commercially-available pucks or sleeve pullers. You would need to have someone make one for you with a lathe, or borrow one from someone that has one.

Owatonna Tool Co. (or who ever it is now) has all sizes and descriptions of sleeve pullers and adaptors. Problem is to buy them if you are not a dealer of some sort. Might be possible now days, don't know.

OTC pullers are still available if you are in USA try Granger or Canada Acklands granger. They are pricey but work very well. I found some of the different sized pucks on ebay, and have had some made at a local machine shop. If you check on ebay OTC tools you might find a used one.
