F-12 carb question

I was driving my F-12 today and out of the blue it started loading up and spitting black smoke. It ran fine and just started this all of a sudden. Any ideas what caused this or what to look for. I run the throttle up and it runs fine when you idle it back it starts loading up and wont idle it shut off when idled down.

Sounds like to much fuel at idle. Adjust the idle screw. Also I have heard the tee that runs the fuel back into the tank must be clean free and open. or you will push tomush fuel into carb. Hotter plugs will burn excess fuel. oldiron29

Could have pushed a peice of trash into the needle/seat assemebly.
