560 and a discmower

I am trying see if there is a way get the right side up a little more because when i put the mower on it only gets the shoe about 2-3in. off the ground?I have the adjusting arm up as far as it will go. Never had fasthitch before,so any help would be great!!

Tough to suggest solutions without seeing the situation or type of mower.
If the Fast hitch picks up the entire mower, but leaves the tip shoe too close to the ground, a shim plate or wedge might be used to "tilt" the Fast hitch prongs (where they mount to the mower)
so that the left side is 1/2 to 3/4 inch lower. If it is welded on that would be a more serious fix. Is there a strut or reinforcement on the mower that would add lift to the end if it was shortened? Jim

What kind of mower? some mowers do more lifting on the remote cylinder than the 3pt etc can allow. The NH I run is like that, the inner shoe will only lift a few inches off the ground when the mower is set to work, but will lift WAY up when the mower is in transport.

A picture s worth 1000 words. There are lots of mowers out there and knowing exactly what you're trying to work with would help a lot.

I have a 77 kuhn mower.when you pick it up ,because of swing of the lift arms,ie the lift side is a foot above the other side ,is there a stabilizer i may be missing?I will try to get photos soon.

That mower puts an awful lot of weight off to the right side.

Can you watch it while it lifts and see what is moving in the hitch? Seems to me that the whole hitch is probably twisting, but you really need to be there to see what's happening.
