howdy all.
i'm having a problem with the gear shift lever on a 400D.
it wants to lock up the gears.
the end of the shifter looks to be warn. i dont knowwhat it's supposed to look like, but its wedge shaped now and looks like someone has worked on it before.

would any of you have the correct dimensions for this?
and if you do, could you send me the dimensions or post it, please?

thanks in advance.

No photo, but the end of the shifter should be made to fit into the shifting rail. If the slot in the rail is 3/8 wide, then make the end of the shift lever just under .375 and make it almost the same length as the slot. The end of the shifter shoud be retangular in shape and the corners will become rounded off over time.

Shifting in a square pattern will also help (less rounding corners)

Here is an H. Might be close, they didn't change much from the letter series to the hundred series.
