I have just acquired the tractor, it runs great, but it has a bad hydraulic leak on one of the bottom lift arms of the three point hitch, and the brakes do not work. Is this something I could? Are there some instructions out there?

If you want instructions on how to fix it, find yourself a good factory service manual. They are available online from nnalert, or on ebay, but I can"t guarantee the qualityof those. I know Jensales has a good one. They are pricey, but you can save a lot by doing the work yourself.

Jimmy, I just recently bought a set of shop manuals for my Farmall 460 from right here at Yesterdays Tractors. They are reproductions of the originals. They are a bit pricey at $80.00, but in my opinion they paid for themselves right off the bat. I had put off that purchase quite a few years. I recommend that you don't make the same mistake. A friend and I had spent an entire day and much frustration trying to get my tel-a-depth hydro valve working again after installing new (salvaged) gears. The I & T manual I had used all these years, about 9 or 10, just wasn't cutting it. Within 15 minutes of cracking open the shop manual we had the unit back together and operating properly.

I have a 756 with what sounds like the same leak. I just got the o-rings yesterday. You can search my posts to see a picture and the info I received.
