Recently rebuilt carb on Super H and re-installed. Tractor starts, but does not want to idle and seems to not have any rpm range. Removed carb and butterfly rotates nicely. Throttle linkage seems to move freely with tractor off, but once started seems to bind up. Any suggestions?
