I somehow left a tire iron in a rear tire on my H. I could only find 1 of my irons when the tire went flat and I needed to break it down. Suprise --suprise there it was, right where I left it.

You just illustrated why I refuse to waste my time trying to change tires. I rely on my local tire dealer to change my rear tractor tires with their mobile rig.

Iowa Jim, its a $ thing (and not having many sometimes and not wanting to waste them) and doing things ourselves. Keep that Mercedes air cranked up bud.

well, at least they usually break down easier the second time

hate tire work myself, but if the tires flat and the pockets are
empty........................
just patched the tube on a Super H yesterday.
Everything involved was stubborn.
Hated doing all that work and not having a new tube to put in.
But, you do what you have to. It's still up this morning......

...and we've had cases where the local tire dealer pinched the tube TWICE in a row before getting it right... So the professionals ain't all that and a box of Cheez-Its either...
