I have an owners manual for a front mounted, 2 row that went on our H.

If you really want high cultivating clearence, get either a Farmall 340 High Clear (old Chisum Rider tractor), or a Farmall 504 High Clear. Change out the wide front axle for a tall single front wheel. Mount a conventional two row front IH cultivator, not the kind with cross bar, and either extend the shanks or drop the parallel linkages. You should then be able to cultivate anything short of trees with no problem.
