This topic has been kicked around a couple times and thought I would re-open floor on this one.
I will admit it is a very good match for color but ...
I am using a rattle can to do those odd little pieces and am not very impressed with the finish quality. It's been 4 weeks of drying and I am still able to peal and/or push a thumb nail into the paint surface.
My best assumption is that it will not dry with a hard surface. Looking around I can find thumb prints and gouge marks all over now. Trust it didn't take long to muddy up the surface reassembling things either.
My best advice is ... avoid this method if you wanting a good quality gloss finish.
I'm just glad I didn't go very far before finding this little quirk out. What I have done can be easily redone but face it ... once was bad enough and why create extra work.
Painfully I will be moving away from this specific product searching for Valspar once again. The local TSC wasn't carrying it anymore and is why I ended up here ... a disappointment.
