my 1466 just put a new t/a and clutch in everything worked fine maybe put 3hrs on it since then got it out of the shed and from idel to 1'500 rpm everythings works rev it up past that and i lose the steering and t/a and hyd clutch anybody have any ideas before i tear into it!! thanks for the input!

Might be an easy solution. Overfill the system by 5 gallons. There may be a Oring or suction line air leak that is near the level of the fluid. Operating at higher RPM allows the level to get just low enough to suck air. If it works, it is a good deal. If it were to include the remaining Hydraulic circuits (hitch) I would look to spline wear at the clutch. Jim

Now that is a new one on me !????? as i was not the one that did the install . so with out back tracking and making sure that you did get ALL the O/RINGS back in where they all go i do not have a clue what one you left out But i am thinking that it just might be the MCV to housing o/ring and ya did put the sump check plug back in with the spring ?? Did you have the MCV apart ?? if ya did did you get the correct gskt's installed and all the o/ring put back in , are all the spool valves floating in there bores ???? . Just hate it when ya got to go back in and take everything back apart to find your screw up.

If I had to make a guess it would be that the O-ring between the center section and rear frame was left out. That would fit with what Jim was explaining and also why it only started after the recent repair.
