Are these Dzus fasteners?

I am parting out an H and found that the grill was mounted with what I think may be Dzus fasteners. Are these correct original ones? Serial number is in the 41,000 range, can't recall the last three. Is the grill or the shroud different in some way? Any advice will be much appreciated.

I think they stopped using this style in late 1940 about Sept.or Oct. Thats a very nice looking grill also. What are you asking for it?

The 1939s stopped at 10652 and he said his was a 41XXX. That would make his a 1940.

The early grills that used the dzus fasteners ARE slightly different. The difference is where the radiator overflow tube is located. The overflow tube on the early non-pressurized radiators is different from the later, pressurized radiators.
 
Was thinking the earliest grills didn't have a cut out in the fill neck hole for the overflow tube. Also different at the top rear of grill. Least I remember having a 39 model like that once. H tractors To serial # 49749 used the spring fasteners and nuts and the grills went through 2 or 3 small changes from the first made to serial 49749 so maybe the grill is correct for a 41000 tractor.
 
those are dzus fasteners but the grill is not an early one. A 39 grill does not have the hump in the middle were the steering shaft goes its open. also that grill is for a presserized radiator the early ones are none pressurized. I have a 39 grill in my shop that I can take a picture of if you want to see the differences. Paul
