Trying get some information on the history of this little tractor. The tractor has a Paris tag and some French decals, but the hood has "McCormick International" utility on the each side, with a "super FC-C" round decal on each side pf the front nose. The tractor was recently imported from England, excellent original tractor. Any information would be great. ...thanks

Hi,

Look at this website from IHC France: http://www.lestracteursrouges.com/
Go to Tracteurs France and then to Fabrication France and choose from the pull down menu your tractor.
The website is only in French hope you can read that.

My friend has one of these that was brought over from France. It has left and right handed moldboard plows on it with a type of crude 3 point hitch. It`s the French built variant of a Farmall Super C. If I remember correct , they were built in St. Dizier plant in France . Some components look the same as the American version, but no fast hitch, different hydraulics, seat and electrical system. I don`t know when they started making them, but I know they were built later than 1954, when IH changed to the Farmall 200 here in the states.
