McCormick 42 PT combine

I just saw a 42 PT combine in fairly good shape, paint good and not a lot of rust. I"m going to ask "Whats it worth?" I don"t have any idea what to offer.
Also don't know whats living in it.

If it runs maybe $500. Lots of parts could be shot is it has been sitting outside.

Runs??? I assume he means Pull Type by the PT. Did they have an engine? I thought that was a PTO machine.

Yeah, for price. Multiply the weight by $150/ton and that is your value. There doesn't seem to be much demand unless they are a pristine survivor. I would guess a lot of it has to do with their size. They take up a ton of shed space and they are very difficult to haul on a trailer.
