Super M vs M engine

will the engines swap out? can I use carb, govenor, generator and manifold from an M on a super m block?

Your distributor drive most likely will not have the same bolt pattern. If the SM engine has the distributor drive on it your good to go.

Take the front cover and plate off the Super M engine and put it on the M engine. That will give you the correct bolt pattern for the live hydraulic pump or Super M distributor adapter.

Best to find this stuff out before you get it all bolted into the frame rails, because if you find out then, you get to tear it all back down.
