Farmall M Upper bolster

I have one off a 400. I can drag it around the yard by hand. Might be 200.
SDE

SDE is likely correct. I handle mine with a engine hoist/cherry picker. Can move it, turn it over, etc by hand, no way I can lift it.

Thanks guys. I'm trying to decide if it would be worth the effort to build a lighter custom one to drop some weight. I figure I could build one out of steel that would weigh 50# to 75#.

Your tractor, but if you sell it sometime it will be good for nothing but pulling. The bolster will be too light to hold the front end down for general farm use. I know nothing about pulling, but if you are in the stock class it would seem to be illegal.

Yes, thats the other thing I would have to check first is the rules. As far as selling it. I could easly unbolt the light front and put the other back on it plus it has already been modified beyond farm use anyway. Thanks for the input. Eddie
