Need help on mower model

I have a 2 point sickle mower but cannot determine it's model number. There is a picture on the implement pictures of a 27V that is a draw bar style mounted mower which is the same as what I have except for the way it is mounted. I have a manual for a 25-V and the manual shows everything the same except the 2 point mounting. Is there anyone who can give me some help on this?

What about a model 28 that was made specifically for a 300 which I have. I bought the tractor and mower together but not sure if they were originally bought at the same time. I found this model number on the Binder Books web site.

It could very well be a 25V or 27V with the fast hitch points added on.

Unfortunately those models aren't listed on the caseih website...

If ever there was a case of a picture (Or several) being worth 1,000 words, its this one. So,yes, there is a #28,used with the 300 Utilty, never saw many compared to the others mentioned. Otherwise, just groping in the dark so to speak. Too many models just to go into all the ones built.Post a picture, then we can give you specifics.

Does your mower have a 4:00 X 12" tire that carries the back end or is it a full tractor carried unit? The 25V & 27V have that wheel to carry them but a full tractor carried model would not. Some are thinking full tractor carried while others are thinking that wheel carried so need to clarify what type it is.

3rd time a charm???? This is only the 3 or 4th time I have added a picture so hope this one works!!!!

Lynn, I believe your mower is a model C-24-P fast hitch mower as I have an Operators Manual for one as when I bought my fast hitch 1953 Super C it came with a mower. Not knowing what model it was I purchase some Operator's Manuals from B I N D E R Books for the C-24-P and models 2C-F21 and 34-F21 but the give away between those fast hitch models of that era is the double lift assist spring on the back. The others just have a single coil spring with the C-24-P being considered a heavy duty model between those noted hence is probably heavier in weight.
Your mower looks to me to be an original fast hitch mower and nothing that was "cobbled" together from a non-fast hitch model as it appears like the one I had. There are other items required to attach to your tractor which are needed to lift and raise the cutter bar to a travel or vertical position - I hope you have them as well. Hope this helps, Hal.
