Guys a while back I made mention of a an old 1964, IH 706 D. I drug in! Finely got it running and it seems to be pretty solid.
But!
Due to the fact that the previous Owners pulled the Back Cowling and the Texas sun has baked and made whats left of the Wiring Harness as brittle as Dead Hackberry Tree! I need a complete Wiring Harness for it! Who has, Still makes them? Yes IH does but it is pricy and I would rather not go that route if at all possible!.
Who do Y'all use? Names and 800 #s please or where to find them.
Thank Y'all!

I put all new wiring in an 856 I rebuilt a couple years ago. I checked all the online wiring harness outfits and found to my supprise that none were cheaper and most more $$ then genuine IH harness through my dealer. Great quality too, it sure was a pleasure to put all that supple new wire with all new terminal ends back on the tractor. About $500 for the 856.

I build my own and i use the factor Delco 56 ends takes me about a half a day to do this and it is color correct and Ga. correct . Just got done building one for a 2150 OIL ALL OVER that we put a 8.3 Cummin in here again color correct but we did up the wire size to the alt. and down to the hot post on the starter.Next will be a total rewire of the cab and lights .

My i add that that splitting the four head lite system take a heck of a load off the light switch . I do this as most of the guys around here all want more then one rear work light and even a stock system with just five lights total seem to eat light switches . Myself i do away with the fuse and install self resetting breakers . I then split off the WORK lights into a separate system and install a second 20-30 amp breaker and a CV relay and use the WORK light wire from the head light switch to TRIGGER the relay . That system get's it's power off the hot post on the Solenoid to the extra breaker and that feeds the CV relay . Since most of the guys work away from the farm during the day there is a lot of MIDNIGHT oil burnt and i have replaced a ton of head light switches . Nothing worse then being MILES away from home or your truck at midnight or after and have a fuse blow and stumbling around in the dark in plowed ground trying to get to the tool box to look for a box of fuses and burning your fingers changing them or have a head light switch burn up around the same time .
