What's a speedy sleeve? I noticed hytran in the oilpan. I was going to the route of a new pump.

A very thin sleeve that will fit over the groove worn into the shaft by the old seal. Made by skf

If the pump still works, all you need is a seal and speedy sleeve. "Speedy sleeve" is a trademark. SKF mentioned below has another trademark, redi sleeve. One is as good as the other, there may be other brands.
