rebuilding a char-lyn torque generator

I'm needing instructions on how to rebuild and assemble a char-lyn torque generator. I've tried googling it but haven't had much luck. Thought someone on here might have some ideas. This is one like would be on an M. Thanks Larry

Pretty easy. Mark the case with an index point of reassembly. Pop it open and buy a new seal. It's not an o ring but an oversize o ring will work.
Reverse the flap rotors to account for wear. Could be all you need.

Problem is someone prior to me getting it had already took it apart. When I reassemble it back together and tighten up the screws I can't turn the shafts inside the case. I was hoping someone had a schematic that showed how it went back together so I wouldn't be guessing.
