Does anyone make a ready made winter grill cover for an M/Super M grill???? I can get one made easily enough from my seat cover guy,but didnt know if anyone was making a "ready to go" one that I could just order or not????

It is getting a little old throwing my summer time shop coveralls acrossed the grill on those sub temp days trying to get some heat in the engine. lol

Was reading post farther down about heat housers and it got me to thinking. ;)

We never used anything special. We ran a heathourser on our M and there are two straps that hold houser on that go across grill. We would use an old burlap bag and use staps to hold it up to grill. We covered about the bottom 2/3 of grill to get temp that we wanted.

Walmart sellls a big fluffy towel that is almost exactly IH red. Cut to fit, and go back to automotive and get a red bungie cord.

I've always pulled the front cone off and put cardboard on the rad. I know that's hard on the fan, but I don't need my winterfront cover blowing around in the cold wind. I want to put it on and forget about it until spring.

I've never used a heat houser on my M. Do the generic ones at the farm store fit it well? I'm on and off a lot, so I don't think I want the pain in the neck. Might be nice, though.

no problem, just take grill into an upholstery shop and it can be made . complete with snaps and two windows that you can open and close.
no different than for a truck, and dont need tractor there, lol.
