Farmall A forklift

I found an A forklift for sale in good overall condition for 1700.oo and was wondering it was home built or factory made. I have never seen one and was just curious.

Probably not made by IH. Maybe someone like Hebard that made the Shop Mules. Does it have a nameplate?? Where is it? You don't want it, I'd take a look if not too far.

There are a few around here.Used in the local orchards.'Factory' built,but I dont know by who.Honeybee,Hebard,.....$1700 is a decent fair price if it runs/operates
