i removed the top link bracket to see how much piston seal leakage it had,as suspected the piston is seal leaking ,question is there are 3 more small streams of fluid coming from the right rear of the cylinder are these normal,if not i will try to locate their source,also does the lift use the same pump as the remotes

If you had it running while inspecting the cylinder leakage then yes, some oil running down the right side is normal.

That said, when you have the cylinder out to replace the seal it is a good idea to replace all the sealing rings and o-rings that seal tha draft control valve to the cylinder housing.

It's also not uncommon for the draft control valve bolts to loosen, most common is the one with the spring anchor.

Make sure you update the piston from an o-ring to the lip seal.
