We have an 806 serial no 41629 s-y I think it is a 1967 model, how many did they make that year?
I also have a TD6 serial no. TDBK 19138T14. The plate is faint so it may not be right, but I can't find any information for it;s year of production. Thanks mike

Tractor Data and another source I have both show beginning SN for 1967 F-806 as 34943. Tractor Data also show 42,957 total 806's built. So 42957 minus 34943 is 8014. So 8014 F-806's built in 1967 if data is correct.

So if data correct your SN 41629 is a late 1967 model.

Your TD-6 is a little more difficult in Tractor Data as there is a listing for TD-6, Then TD-6 Series 61, and TD-6 Series 62.

If your SN is 19138 then it can be found in TD-6 listing as 1948 model.

When searching for TD-6 info in TractorData it is under International Harvester Farm Tractors not Farmall.

Thanks! If the information is right it is one of the last 806's made, good old tractor. The T6 is made up of a hodge podge of parts but works pretty well. Mike

Beginning-end serials of 1967 806's is 34943-43458 according to Ken Updike's IH data book. 8515 built in 1967. Tractor Data.com has so many numbers a significant number are wrong,it is used only if I can't find it elsewhere and take a few grains of salt afterward.

I am also looking at an 806. serial # 15816 s-y. Is the S-Y significant? What does it mean? TractorData shows it to be a late '64 model. The engine is a D361 Serial # 14896. Is this block serial number somewhat corresponding with the '64 estimation? I suspect this is not the original block for this tractor (yellow paint under flaking red)Thanks in advance!
