I have a 1979 International Harvester model 484 that is involved in an estate disagreement. How much would it be worth if I have to pay for it? I have been the only one to drive or maintain the tractor for 17 years and it is in good shape.

Go to tractorhouse.com and look in the tractor section, International, then go to the 484 section.
This will give you an idea as to what a 484 is worth.

$4000 to $6000 would be a good price range.

That'll give you a real good idea of what a lot of dealers are asking for them. The estate does not have employees or overhead like a dealer and if they sold it to a dealer he would not give them the Tractorhouse price. He can do better than that.
