3514 location of hydraulic filters

Have manual that states IH 3514 has 2 hydraulic filters. I found one that was below my seat that is the return filter.

Cannot find the other hydraulic filter. The manual states it is located on the right side. It also states that the filter Icannot find is located in the shuttle transmission on the right side. I have an illustratiion of where it is supposed to be but I cannot find it. I have been all over this baby and I cannot find it.

My hydraulic oil in foamy and is in need of changing. I would like to change both filters.

Can anyone tell me where the second filter is located?

The hydra shuttle rear frame of these were not used in any AG (IH term for Farm Equip), this was only sold by a IH CE (Construction Equip) dealer, you might find a older dealer that had contracts for both. This equip is now all Komatsu/Dresser/Hough contracts, the models I knew about were 3414/3514/3616, you would have contact them for parts or service.
