Got this old IH engine don't know much about it it has an unreadable tag any info would be great it spins over great

Model M 1 1/2 or 3 HP

model M ihc engine. looks like the 3 hp model
cyl. lubricator screws in on top, which is not there. looks like around 1928 as has spark plug. if you could get serial # of the tag could tell the year. nice original.

McCormick Deering branded engines used a sparkplug, IHC International branded engines were ignitor fired. Both were model "M" and used almost all the same parts.

the ignitor was on the earlier model M's.
