F12 serial number

Are the number stamped on the frame rails,I just cant remember.I don't have a plate on the newest F12 and cant see where one has been

I don't think the number is stamped on the frame rail, but there is a serial number on the engine block.

On the IHC engines, they match. I think the Waukesha's had there own numbers.

Oh, is James talking about a Waukesha F12? Don't they have the serial number tag on the hood?

Yes, most Waukesha F-12's had the serial tag on the hood, then later they were mounted on the gas tank support.
