A Lo-boy build

Working in the A lo-boy. Got the finals rotated forward and with brake rod in origional position. A lot of work to accomplish these results. The mounting holes are not evenly spaced like a cub, so had to drill new holes and cut a new pathway for the brake rods. The shop mules use an adaptor plate to take care of the mounting holes, but leave the brake rods exiting the top of the housing, which is not the way I wanted to build the lo-boy.

I would worry about the center of gravity with that setup. My Regular Cub (with wheel weights all the way around)Will lift the front wheels off the ground when pulling heavy loads.

Do you have to drill new holes to make it fit i am always going to see if the holes will line up i know you need new places for the brake rods.

Not much will line up. The dowel pin holes are clocked right for a bolt but even they are on a different radius than the bolt holes. Just takes time to figure it all out. Rotating the right side on the differential shaft housing extension is easier than the left one which fits directly to the differential.
