Farmall super h HP? Governor adjustment

Wondering now that I rebuilt my super h with high compression pistons what the horsepower would be? Also is there a measurement for the governor adjustment? I want this tractor to sing.

I would be curious of feedback from others, but would guess about 10% HP gain with high compression pistons.

even still... is there a distance in measurement for rpm I should stop on the governor threads before I destroy it?

I wonder myself. my only other issue is the governor was so worn I swapped it out with a regular h governor and it just doesn't seem to have the r's or something. I dunno just seems lacking or something...

You need to have a tachometer or a revolution counter to properly adjust a governor.
