Yes it's a Ferguson. Came with two plows. Plow two rows skip one and when field is
plowed take one off and go back and plow the single row. Single row with the one in
picture.

Mister Miner, could you demonstrate how that was done? Why that was done? What it looked like when it was done? Sounds like something i would make a big mess trying to do. Is that what i won at your cousin's auction? So the rest of the year it can be used as a tool bar huh?
Well Ark, for that price... see what you can do on the price... then buy it anyway...

these old Ferguson cultivator frames are pretty handy and easy to adjust to different uses.
I made a one row hiller and bar out plow with one I traded for.

what do you use the single furrow plow for, digging potato's?

Those are both nice rigs you got there Max.
I use the middle buster to make a trench to plant potatoes. I got the makings to put together a hiller like yours, just didn't get to it yet. No rush. For every 10 pounds of seed potatoes, I usually get 9 pounds back. At this rate, in a few years, I will starve to death...

Well all the farming was done this way.In the 40-50-60's. After they went to 4 & 6 row
equipment this all changed. Come on down and I'll show you how in the garden. Can you
come next week? Don't wait to long.

potatoes are so darn cheap in stores I never had the desire to plant them. tomatoes on the other hand.........
