stuck clutch

#1block the clutch pedal down when parked.
#2 start it in gear and then if you have an open area drive it around with the clutch pedal down and hit the brakes or load it up with a brush hog or other such thing. Be ready to drive it for 5 minutes to an hour.
#3 pull the starter off and then use brake cleaner spray on the clutch area with the clutch pedal down and turn the engine so you get to the whole clutch.
 
After you get it broke free, make sure you always hold it open when parked. Then again, you can replace it with a Kevlar disc.
Those won't rust in place and stick on you.
