TO 20 steering wheel

Can anyone help with the removal of the steering wheel. I took the bolt and washer and tried to pull/pry it off and wouldn't budge, Seems like it should slide off and on. Is there an additional nut or something I need to do to take the steering wheel off?

use an air hammer and blunt chisel, rap on one of the spokes and it
should pop right off. had that problem on a 2n ford and it had plenty
of penetrating oil on it and still took the air hammer to get it.

What he said and order the felt washer and whatever else from this site to go under the steering wheel on reassembly.
You should also add a grease zerk into the top collar to allow you to grease the top bearing once in awhile.

I had same problem , I borrowed a steering wheel puller form a local auto repair shop
it pulled it right off
