Ford 2000 hydraulic pump leak

I am having a problem trying to get my hydraulic pump on my 1970 Ford 2000 to stop leaking. When I start it up, it has a pretty fast stream of hydraulic fluid flowing from the seam that is pictured. I have tried using silicone but no luck. The bolts are tight. I really dont want to take the pump apart because of the springs and other components. I have seen some exploded views of the hydraulic pump and did not notice a gasket. Does anyone have any suggestions?

The probability of fixing that leak without a new gasket is probably nil to nothing. Installing a new gasket isn't all that bad. Be careful not to tear up the check ball cages when cleaning the old gasket off. I would take the pump off the tractor so as to have control of the balls and springs. They will all stay in place when the pump is heads up.

Yes, 9 and 13, just in case and probably 44.Have a good look at the area on the pump body where the leak is. Might have to plane the body to level the surface again.
