Early 4cyl 2000 model number question

working on a gas 63-64 Ford 2000 light Industrial tractor.
Model number is clear, 21301.
Serial number is washed out, looks like 4 digits...maybe.
Fairly original, has the CONN6015G block, tractor was originally blue with yellow tin, has the heavy front axle, and HD PS steering links, gas pedal, loader front bracket, and pump drive.
ok, my question, first part of the model number matches up, but that last number "1" would indicate a 4-speed transmission. (if I'm reading Johns website correctly)
This tractor has a 5-speed, and with the clutch position and 'feel', it's a 2 stage clutch, live pto.
So, just curious about that last "1".....and it is definitely a 1.
I haven't got it running yet, probably today, just doing the usual on a sat for a long time machine.

was going to post this yesterday...forgot, so an update.
Got it running (and quickly shut down....)....ugh, oil pumping out the rear main seal, pretty much no oil pressure, crank moves so far fore and aft the flywheel rubs the engine plate..LOL..got some work ahead of me on this one!

Don't know on the -1 in the model number without looking at some reference books, but the 5-speed should have a 2-stage clutch and
live pto. The 5-speed and non-live option was dropped starting in '62.
