The fact that your tractor has an Elenco 4WD system shouldn't change anything related to the standard Ford diesel fuel injection system of the time.

The original injection pump was made by Roosa Master, which was purchased by Stanadyne.

There are a few members here on this Forum that rebuild those injection pumps. Hopefully one of them will chime in soon.

Its an 8AJ.. The problem is, the shafts don't break for no reason..
It is a "shear point" for the system.. AND are obsolete..
"something" bad happened & you have to determine what it was.. BEFORE installing a new inj. pump.
Gear train wear, excessive back lash, clogged injector, fuel contamination..??
It would be horrible to install a fresh inj. pump & have it happen again.!!!
I'll look around..

I'm with the pumpguy, you need to find out WHY the pump seized and broke the drive shaft. Pump needs torn completely down, hydraulic head pressed apart to find WHERE the seizure point is on the rotor so the reason WHY can be corrected. I have some pump cores with the head and shaft, might have enough parts to build one up.
