short of increasing cubes, what else can I do to increase power?

The almost universal approach is to add a turbocharger.

Change the pistons when rebuilding from 144 to 152. Displacement
I change my 59 Dexta to 152
Due to hood, you may not be able to upgrade to Super Dexta radiator.
Super Dextas in 63 went to 2400 vs 2200 no load.
Make sure you are getting full fuel.
If you are not getting 2200 with load now, your fuel flow is not good.

I cannot use all the power I have in my 59 or my Super Dexta s now.
When I pull the throttle back, I spin, even in lock.
Are you sure you don't have a fuel flow problem?

I cannot use all my power now.
I bushhog with a five foot mower and it doesn't bogg down. I use a RM-990 7.5 foot finish mower, and I can clip and mow any pasture in 4th & 5th gear.
When I plow, I can pull more than my tires can grip.

Now, on my 59 Dexta, I had a fuel flow problem early after rebuild. Clean filters but I was limited to 1600 No-load. Seem My screen in the tank was clogged on my pet-cock. Use the tank down, popped out the pet-cock, put a new screen on it and back to 2200 no load, just like my Super Dexta (s).

So are you sure you don't have a fuel flow problem, or is this a tractor pull type question.
